The second one
I would call a Cape May-note the
light ear patch-and also see "Bill
of the Birds" blog for Tues.9/21.
The third one could be a little
confusing, but I think it looks
like a Tennessee Warbler. I am
going by the apparent white under
tail coverts and the pale stripe
over the eye, also the pale wing
bar. Hope I have helped.
Hap in New Hope (MN)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1770251223562061380.post-34000296106730331882010-09-08T12:03:26.895-04:002010-09-08T12:03:26.895-04:00Oh geez.. shorebirds and warblers are tough! The song also didn't sound like a yellow. With that said, I agree a juvenile could throw all those clues out the window. Hope others have some input too.John (Tucker)https://www.blogger.com/profile/10928720917928170772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1770251223562061380.post-28344136060634627682010-09-04T08:50:41.142-04:002010-09-04T08:50:41.142-04:00Hey Tucker, nice photos!
