Great Crested Flycatcher and Cedar Waxwing

I've been having luck lately with birds landing pretty closely and a new lens certainly helps. The Great Crested Flycatcher was through my office window. The Cedar Waxwing was on Plum Island. Had a fruitful trip to Portland, Maine too. More pictures to follow!

Cedar Waxwing
I think this is my favorite bird of all time.  Colorful, social, and darn right whimsical. So much fun to watch.

Love that Great Crested Flycatcher pic - shot through open window I suppose? unless you have extremely clean glass. Great capture.
